Leverans & hantering
Varje produkt från Langegard Ceramics är handgjord i Göteborg.
Befintliga varor Finns varan i lager skickas din order inom 1–3 vardagar från bekräftad betalning.
Beställningsvara Handgjord keramik på beställning kräver tid – räkna med 6–8 veckor från beställning till avsändning. Du får en bekräftelse när din order är på väg. Förskott på betalning krävs.
Frakt inom Sverige Alla ordrar skickas som spårbart paket via PostNord eller DHL. Du får ett spårningsnummer via e-post så snart paketet lämnat ateljén.
Hantering med omsorg Keramiken förpackas noggrant för transport. Om något mot förmodan skulle skadas under frakt – fotografera skadan och kontakta mig på johanna@langegardceramics.com inom 48 timmar så löser vi det.
Beställningsvara – avbokning Eftersom varje beställningsvara tillverkas specifikt för dig kan jag inte ta emot returer eller avbokningar när produktionen väl påbörjats. Tveka inte att höra av dig om du har frågor innan du lägger din order.
Shipping to the United States
We ship our handmade ceramics from our studio in Gothenburg, Sweden, to customers across the United States.
Carrier and delivery time
Orders are shipped with UPS and are usually dispatched within 1-3 business days. Delivery typically takes 5-8 business days after dispatch. You will receive tracking information by email once your order has shipped, as well as updates from UPS on delivery.
Shipping costs, duties and taxes
Shipping costs, import duties and taxes are paid by the customer. We use DDP (Delivered Duty Paid), which means the duties and import taxes are calculated and shown at checkout, so you pay everything upfront. You should not receive any additional bills from UPS or customs when your package arrives. Duty rates are set by US authorities and can change, so the amount shown at checkout is based on the rates in effect when you place your order.
Packaging
Each piece is carefully wrapped and packed in a sturdy box to protect it during transport. As ceramics are fragile, we pack every order with extra care.
Damaged or lost parcels
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at johanna@langegardceramics.com with your order number and photos of the item and packaging. We will work with you to find a solution, either a replacement or a refund. If your parcel has not arrived within 10 days of dispatch, please let us know and we will follow up with UPS.
Returns
Because of the high cost of international shipping and customs, we are unfortunately only able to accept returns from the US for items that arrive damaged or incorrect.
