Wheel-thrown in stoneware with a round, low body and a narrow neck. Put in a single branch or two, something from the garden you couldn't walk past, that's all this needs. The narrow neck holds it upright, the weight of the base keeps it steady, and it looks good on a windowsill, a desk, a kitchen counter, or anywhere else it ends up.
The glaze is a soft matte white where the iron in the clay burns through as warm rust spots, scattered differently on every piece.
